Fact: Comedienne Tracey Ullman is in talks to join Meryl Streep and Johnny Depp in Disney's star-studded movie adaptation of stage show Into the Woods. The British-born comic is slated to play Jack the Giant Killer's mother in the fairytale musical. Jake Gyllenhaal, Emily Blunt and Chris Pine have also been cast in the project, which is to directed by Rob Marshall.
Fact: British comedienne Tracey Ullman is heading back to London's West End for the first time in almost 20 years. The actress will star as a former school headmistress in My City, playwright Stephen Poliakoff's first new work in 12 years, when the production opens in September (11).
