Tori Spelling's husband admits he was ''out of control'' before seeking help in rehab.
In a new preview of their upcoming reality series, 'True Tori,' Dean McDermott, 47, confesses that he cheated on the 40-year-old actress, with whom he has four children, Liam, six, Stella, five, Hattie, two, and 18-month-old Finn, before checking into a treatment facility in January and hints he is a sex addict.
In the clip, obtained by 'Entertainment Tonight,' the 'Chopped Canada' host tearfully opens up during a couple's counselling session about reports he was unfaithful to his wife of eight years, saying: ''That's my worst nightmare, I cheated on my wife. I was out of control. Sex was an escape, just like drugs and alcohol.''
A clearly frustrated Tori responds: ''I can never give him enough sex. He's never going to be happy with just me.''
She later says: ''I'm well aware this might not have a happy ending.''
The couple's new reality series is set to premiere on the Lifetime network in the US on April 22.
A source previously said that Tori isn't sure whether she can save her marriage.
The insider said: ''Tori keeps waffling. Even if they reconcile, it's going to be hard to trust him,'' but added: ''Tori doesn't want her kids to grow up without their dad in the house.''
