Hollywood Veteran Tom Selleck Has Become Embroiled In A Dispute With California Authorities Over The Water USAge At His Home.
Officials at the Calleguas Municipal Water District have filed a complaint against the actor, alleging he has been using water from the wrong district for his ranch in Hidden Valley in Ventura County.
The Magnum, P.I. star and his wife Jillie are both named in the complaint, which claims the couple is not allowed to use water from a hydrant in Thousand Oaks because the mansion does not fall within its service area, according to the Los Angeles Times.
They are seeking legal fees and costs from Selleck as well as an injunction permanently barring him from taking water from the hydrant.
