Olympic diver Tom Daley and screenwriter and director Dustin Lance Black have tied the knot two years after the pair got engaged. The lovebirds, who have been together since 2013, said their "I dos" in front of family and friends in a lavish wedding ceremony at Bovey Castle in Devon over the weekend.

Sam Smith’s best original song win on Sunday has been overshadow by his speech, in which he mistakenly proclaimed himself the first openly gay Oscar winner.
It’s been quite the 48 hours for British singer Sam Smith. First he performed Bond theme ‘Writings on the Wall’ at the Oscars, then he took home the best original song award. But his big moment was quickly overshadowed by his speech, in which he mistakenly said he was the first openly gay Oscar winner. Then there was 2009 Oscar winner Dustin Lance Black, who called out the singer on twitter and accused him of texting his fiancé Tom Daley.
Sam Smith has apologised to Dustin Lance Black after his Oscars mix-up.
After Smith’s speech Black tweeted, ‘Hey @SamSmithWorld, if you have no idea who I am, it may be time to stop texting my fiancé.’ Backstage at the awards, Smith was told of his mistake and said: “Shit! Fuck that! Two’s my lucky number, so it’s all good. Who was the other person?”

In a follow up to his coming out video, Tom Daley has given his first interview on the subject.
Following Tom Daley’s earnest coming out video from the beginning of the week, the Olympic diver has given his first interview on the subject. Daley recorded an interview with Jonathan Ross to air this Saturday night. The interview started with a few general questions about Daley’s show Splash, but quickly moves on to Daley’s video, which he shared on YouTube on December 2.
Daley caused quite a "splash" with his video earlier this week.
“It really was love at first sight, I'd never felt like anything like it before,” Daley recalled in a quote released from the interview. “We were at a party and I hadn't even spoken to him all night. I didn't know what to do or if he was gay at first.”
Tom Daley will appear on Saturday night's episode of 'The Jonathan Ross Show' where he addresses the announcement of his relationship with Dustin Lance Black, stating the public will see the "true Tom."
The video was posted on Dec 2nd and has garnered worldwide attention with it being viewed over 8 million times.
Although the 19 year-old didn't reveal the man's identity, it was later reported to be 39 year-old Academy Award winning screenwriter, Dustin Lance Black.

Tom Daley's boyfriend is reportedly Hollywood screenwriter Dustin Lance Black.
Tom Daley's boyfriend is reportedly the Oscar winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black, 39. The British Olympian came out as bisexual in a YouTube video posted on Tuesday (December 2), explaining that, although he is still attracted to women, his life dramatically changed when he met his boyfriend earlier this year.
Tom Daley's Boyfriend is reportedly Dustin Lance Black
It was presumed that Tom Daley's boyfriend was a non-celebrity, but the wily foxes at The Sun report that he is in a relationship with the Hollywood screenwriter Dustin Lance Black, who won an Oscar for writing the 2008 movie Milk - with also won Sean Penn the Academy Award for Best Actor. He's also written J. Edgar - the Clint Eastwood movie with Leonardo DiCaprio - and 8.
Tom Daley receives support from the likes of Gary Lineker and Stephen Frye after revealing he is in a relationship with another man.
The 19 year-old, who won a bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympic Games, posted a 5 minute candid video explaining his sexuality and it has currently just under 4 million views.
Daley admitted, "I still fancy girls," but revealed he has been dating a man for the past couple of months.
Tom Daley could go to any university he fancied, but will he take the dive?
Olympic diver Tom Daley had the weight of the country on his shoulders at the London 2012 Olympics. The 18-year-old was Britain's solitary diving hope and had been for years - the focus was on him.
Daley fought to collect a bronze medal in the individual competition and went on to host his own ITV reality show Splash. Ok, so that programme wasn't very good, but the point is, Tom has been really, really busy - which makes his A-level results all the more unbelievable.
The Team GB diver was one of the thousands of high school students anxiously picking up their grades across the country on Thursday - and it was great news for the Olympic hero.

Tom Daley is to front a new travel series for ITV.
Despite the clear tragedy of ITV's Splash - one of the slackest examples of live television for some time - Tom Daley is dusting off his little speedos for another go at television.
This time, ITV1 have entrusted him with presenting a travel series in which he visits countries including Thailand, Japan, Australia, Morocco and New Zealand with his best pal Sophie Lee. You know, Sophie Lee.
Daley - the new Michael Palin - will stay in hostels and take overnight train journeys as part of the six-week programme Tom Daley Takes On The World which producers describe as a "typical student backpacking trip."

ABC's Splash is based on ITV's UK version, which pulled in millions of viewers despite being derided by critics and audiences alike.
Splash, ABC's new reality diving competition, premiered on Tuesday evening (March 19, 2013), to a mixed response on Twitter. Based on the UK version hosted by Olympic diver Tom Daley, Splash sees 10 celebrities train for six weeks and perform at least one dive for a live audience each way. The dives are usually terrible.
Though the UK version was recently renewed for series two, the show was derided for its slow pacing, bad diving, poor celebrity names and clueless judges. The problem is, clearly, that a dive into a swimming pool lasts about one second, while the show lasts for about, one hour. As such, the show is filled with a whole lot of nothing.
Last night saw actress Keshia Knight Pulliam perform a frankly dismal dive, before Louie Anderson did a little better. Model Katherine Webb also leapt into the pool, while Kareem Abdul-Jabbar did, err, his best. Judging the contestants is Dave Boudia and Steve Foley, two Olympians who lack any sort of on-screen charisma, which makes things worse.

Despite having been met with a dumbfounded response from viewers and critics alike, the ITV show Splash will be returning in 2014 and Tom Daley, the Olympic champion diver will be signing up to present the show once more. Daley faced criticism for presenting the celebrity diving show but according to The Sun, he released a statement saying that he was thrilled to be involved in the show again.
“I am over the moon to hear Splash! will run for a second season,” Daley’s statement read. “It’s a dream come true for me to be involved in an entertainment show which has been so successful and also fits so well around my training schedule.” His definition of ‘successful may be slightly different to everyone else’s of course. Most people in the TV industry judge ‘success’ on things like ‘ratings’ and ‘critical response’ - neither of which have been favourable for the show (though it's viewer ratings did admittedly build throughout the series. ITV must be working on the basis that ‘all publicity is good publicity it seems, though Daley is proud of the fact that it’s put diving on the map. “Splash! has put diving on primetime TV and diving clubs all across the country have kept telling me that they now have waiting lists, following the popularity of the show. That in itself is an incredible achievement and I’m very excited to be part of it.”
Eddie ‘The Eagle’ Edwards won this year’s series debut and an ITV spokesperson told The Sun “We’re looking forward to even more Saturday night spectacle, and sparkle, with the second series.”

Etching up an almost perfect score on the night, the Winter Olympics' most fondly remembered loser Eddie 'The Eagle' Edwards finally has an award he can hang proudly above his mantlepiece: the first ever Splash! crown.
Edwards battled off his fellow Splash! finalists, dad's favourite Linda Barker and Benidorm actor Jake Canuso and became the Tom Daley masterminded ITV show's first ever champion. The judges - Andy Banks, Jo Brand and Leon Taylor - were unanimous in their praise for Edwards' two dives - a solo forward two and a half somersault effort with several rotations from the top deck and a synchronised inward one and a half somersault pike dive with mentor Tom Daley (if you can picture what any of those dives actually look like, good on you).
With an eagle sequinned into his swimming trucks, Edwards always looked like he could reach the top of the podium and had been favourite since the preliminary rounds. Canuso managed to snatch second place whilst everybody's new favourite MILF Barker slipped down to third.

Although it was instantly treated as a nationwide laughing stock ITV's new show Splash has been making waves (sorry) in the Saturday night ratings schedule since it aired, and now the show is in the semi-finals stage, just about everyone is talking about it.
A quick head over to Twitter and you'll see that the show itself, host and diving wunderkind Tom Daley, and resident MILF Landa Barker are clogging up all the trending feeds. Who's laughing now? Well, people are still laughing at Splash but, lots of people are laughing with it too, and isn't that all you could ask for from a TV show about Z-listers jumping into a pool?
At 51, yes, 51! Barker has clearly been the star of tonight's episode. It's been that way for much of the series and lets face it, anyone who said that people wouldn't be tuning into the show just to perv over the contestants and their skimpy outfits was lying to themselves and clearly doesn't watch a lot of TV anymore.

Wow, that really told him. Tom Daley's mother Debbie is the talk of Twitter today after writing a comically angry letter to British Swimming chief executive David Sparkes for his criticism of Daley's media career. The CEO scolded the young swimmer for putting his television commitments ahead of his sport, while critics agree that his new ITV show Splash! is utterly dreadful.
The show - which sees celebrities attempt complex dives from scary-high platforms - premiered last Saturday, though it was described as car crash television. In fairness to Daley, the show was entertaining enough for the sheer haphazardness of it all. Presenters Gabby Logan and Vernon Kay didn't appear to know where they were, while the judges gave ridiculously polarised scores for terrible, terrible dives. However, who doesn't want to see a bunch of C-list celebrities belly flopping into a pool?
Anyway, the whole thing incensed swimming boss Sparkes, who is rightly thinking of Daley's preparations for Rio 2016. Tom's mother Debbie Daley does not agree. In the letter published in the Daily Mail, she told Mr Sparkes, "Tom was possibly one of the athletes who helped you retain your job. Others say that your performance was the worst of any CEO in British sport. You are worried about Tom's performances? Well, I am worried about yours." Tom seemed pretty proud of his fiery mother, tweeting, "My mum is AMAZING :Dx"

Tom Daily's Splash! - a genuinely entertaining show, featuring the funniest judges, and most interesting celebs, or a shameful harnessing of the dwindling Olympic spirit to squeeze some extra cash?
Unfortunately for the show, everyone involved and the staggering 6.35 million people that tuned in to watch, it appears that it's very much the latter. Featuring Benidorm star Jake Canuso, former Absolutely Fabulous star Helen Lederer, telly presenter Jenni Falconer and comedian Omid Djalili, Splash! drew the wrath of Twitter, as disappointed viewers took to the micro-blogging site to air their grievances. TV presenter Tim Lovejoy - who receives a lot of stick for his own deficiencies as part of the 'talent' - said: "Whats going on? Is the joke on me? Am I being filmed on my sofa? #splash. Did they ever explain why Jo Brand is a judge? #splash" Another aspect of the show targeted was the decision to use Jo Brand as a judge. The grumpy comedienne seemingly has no place judging the quality of one's dive. But hey ho.

Jessica Ennis has topped a poll of the most searched sports personality in the UK, according to Yahoo UK, who ran the survey.
The gold medal winning heptathlete battled off competition from all corners of the sports spectrum to climb to the top of the table, with Olympians, footballers and tennis stars succumbing to the second fiddle behind Sheffield's biggest star.
Behind Jess was Andy Murray at number two, with another British female Olympiad taking the number three spot: Victoria Pendleton. Two more London 2012 heroes made the list, with Tom Daley at number five and Jamaica's most famous (living) son Usain Bolt at number ten.

Tom Daley is set for further stardom following his bronze medal win at the 2012 London Olympics with the upcoming ITV entertainment show 'Splash!' that will feature the diver training celebrities in his sport.
The 18-year-old may not have landed gold in this year's Games but that doesn't mean he can't expect a potential showbiz career as a runner up, and dare we mention Hollywood? Yes, as if we haven't already got enough reality shows hitting our screens already, Daley is soon to host a celebrity TV contest show featuring various stars being trained in the art of diving and subsequently competing against each other for the winner's crown. '2012 has been a wonderful year for me - an Olympic medal and Double Gold at the Junior World Champs', he gushed to Marie Claire. 'What better way to round it off by becoming involved in this great new show. I'll be helping the celebrities as they master a dangerous and exciting sport and I can't wait to get started.'
He describes the venture as 'a dream come true' though it seems that his sights are set even higher. 'I'd like to become a TV presenter or get film work', he has said previously. 'I would love to try anything new really, be it star in a film or playing a small little part in something like that, that would be pretty cool.'
Who are these two Halloween revellers then? Why it's only that cheeky chap Liam Payne from One Direction and his good pal and Olympic diver Tom Daley. The pair were among revellers at the Funky Buddha venue in London, and were definitely up there with the best of them when it came to quality of costume.
