Tiffany Haddish wants to know a man's credit score before she will consider dating them because she considers it a "grown-up" version of a school report.
Tiffany Haddish wants to know a man's credit score before she commits to a relationship.
The 44-year-old comedienne - who was married to William Stewart from 2008 until 2013 and following that a relationship with rapper Common from 2020 until 2021 - was quizzed on the possibility of walking down the aisle for a second time, and quipped she would have to know about a man's financial situation before she entertained the idea.
Asked if she would get married again if asked, she told Extra: "I would say… ‘What’s your credit score?’ Your credit score is your grown-up report card, and how responsible you are with your money is how responsible you'll probably be with my heart."
The 'Girls Trip' star also revealed that she has a thing for sportsmen and when asked about her new single 'Woman Up', that the difference between "man up" and "woman up" is how feelings are dealt with.
She said: "I like basketball players and hockey players and football. Rugby. Pickleball, maybe I think man up is sucking up your feelings, not acknowledging them and just getting it done, right? Woman up is acknowledging your feelings — acknowledge it. ‘This is how I feel about this, but I'm gonna get it done.
"I'm constantly womaning up. I'm constantly dealing with feelings of angst, if you will. Or not wanting to do something. But... I have people that depend on me."
Tiffany also admitted that when people meet her in real life, they expect her to be as constantly funny as she is on stage even though her day-to-day life is not like all the time.
She said: "People do expect me to be on and be, like, funny. All this charisma. I don't feel like that every day!"
