More artists have been added to the roster for 2017's Camden Rocks Festival this summer, including The Coral and Reverend and The Makers. So far it's expected to be one hell of an event, with the UK's first punk band The Damned set to headline.

There are still 150 more acts that are yet to be announced, but it has been officially confirmed that The Coral, Reverend And The Makers, Zodiac Mindwarp & The Love Reaction, Love Zombies and Asylums will be joining the mass of artists that have previously been mentioned. There will be 250 acts altogether, spread across no less than 25 of Camden's top venues.

This year's appearance in London will mark The Coral's only show in the city for 2017, and they're sure to treat festival goers to a set that spans their extensive back catalogue as well as gems from their last album, 2016's 'Distance Inbetween'.

If you were starting to miss Sheffield band Reverend And The Makers, they will also make for an exciting edition to this year's line-up - and it's not the first time they've rocked out for Camden either. 'We are looking forward to Camden Rocks!' Says frontman Jon McClure. 'We played it before and it was mega. There's so many great bands this year, and Camden is always lairy and brilliant. Let's have it!'

Punk pioneers The Damned are set to headline Camden Rocks Festival this year and are celebrating the 40th anniversary of their debut album 'Damned Damned Damned'. Their appearance was confirmed earlier, alongside the likes of The Rifles, Milburn, Carl Barat and the Jackals, Orange Goblin, Ruts DC and The King Blues.
