Mexican Singer/actress Thalia Is Heading Back To The Small Screen With Her First Role In A Telenovela In 16 Years.
The Latin superstar was a TV regular in the 1990s, when she featured in the series trilogy Maria Mercedes, Marimar and Maria la del Barrio.
She made her last drama appearance in 1999's Rosalinda, but now Thalia has revealed she is working on a secret acting comeback.
"Soon I'll be in a telenovela," she teased fans during an interview on Univision's El Gordo y La Flaca. "I won't say which, but soon I will be in a telenovelas every night."
No further details about Thalia's TV return have been revealed, but comedian Chespirito's widow Florinda Meza recently revealed she was in talks with the 44 year old about a new project for streaming service Netflix.
