Swift brought a counter-suit claiming sexual assault and battery against former Colorado radio DJ David Mueller last year, after he sued her for slander and lost income.
Taylor Swift has given testimony to a court via deposition about how she was allegedly groped backstage at a meet-and-greet event before a concert three years ago, according to a report by Billboard.
Swift said she felt “violated” after local radio DJ David Mueller posed with her for a photograph at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colarado in June 2013 and, according to her, molested her by grabbing one of her buttocks.
The 26 year old pop superstar said in a deposition, given back in July but made public on Friday (October 21st) by Colorado district court judge William Martinez, that she was left shocked by the incident.

“Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my a** cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there,” Swift claims in the court document. “It was completely intentional, I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.”

The lawsuit in question was brought by Mueller last year, who is suing Swift for lost income and slander after saying he lost his job at Denver’s KYGO radio station after she falsely accused him of inappropriately touching her.
“I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before,” she continued in the deposition. “A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you’re thanking people for coming, you’re supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned.”
Mueller insists that what happened was an accident, but Swift quickly launched a counter-suit for sexual assault and battery in October 2015.
