Please welcome to the stage… Taylor Swift performs with yet another famous face on her ‘1989’ tour.
Taylor Swift welcomed Miranda Lambert to the stage during a recent performance in Greensboro, North Carolina. The duo performed Lambert’s hit track ‘Little Red Wagon’ as part of a special appearance on Swift’s 1989 tour.

"Make some noise guys because Miranda Lambert is here," Swift reportedly told Greenboro audience, as Fox reports.
Lambert entered the stage wearing a 1989 tour t-shirt and was on top form, delighting fans with her rendition and confidently sharing the stage with Swift. Evidently, despite the recent developments in her personal life, Lambert is still giving her all in performances.
Swift has been referencing her country roots during her recent tour dates. The 25-year-old has well and truly entered the realm of pop but she’s evidently having some nostalgic moments with Lambert’s appearance and those of other country stars and groups such as Sam Hunt, The Band Perry and Dierks Bentley.
This isn’t the first (or even the fiftieth) time Swift has welcomed another performer on to the stage on her 1989 World tour and it seems Taylor Swift won’t stop until she’s befriended every person on the planet. We’re not saying we’re bored of it, not necessarily, but there’s a limit to the level of friendliness, over sentimentality and general wholesomeness we can stand.
Is Swift really BFFs with Julia Roberts AND Lorde AND Serena Williams AND Matt LeBlanc AND Kobe Bryant AND Behati Prinsloo ETC, ETC, ETC? Not to mention the extensive list of people who she has helped with student loans and paying for cancer treatment. We can’t say for sure but it’s certainly food for thought every time she welcomes a new person to the stage.
Fortunately, Swift’s 1989 tour is nearly over. There’s only three more tour dates in the U.S. leg of the tour before Swift heads to Asia in November, where she’ll be performing in Singapore and Shanghai, and to Australia in December.
