Commuters In London Have Been Treated To An Unexpected Visit To The Star Wars Universe With A 3d Artwork Installation In One Of The City's Busiest Train Stations.
On Friday (02Oct15), a 49-foot (15-metre) long painting was unveiled under Southwark Bridge, close to London Bridge station.
The artwork depicts the iconic Trench Run scene from Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, in which Luke Skywalker saves the day in his X-Wing fighter.
The artwork, created by 3D artists Joe and Max, is on display to mark Friday's launch of a new product in the Star Wars merchandise line called the Rise Against the Empire Play Set.
The artwork will be available for fans to enjoy until 8pm local time on Friday.
