Retired Australian cricket legend Shane Warne has been bitten on the face by an anaconda during the reality TV series ‘I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here’ in South Africa.

During the episode, which aired on Thursday night (February 18th) via Channel Ten in Australia, saw a ‘tucker trial’ that required the ex-spin bowler to immerse his head in a series of tanks, containing African clawed frogs, scorpions, Madagascan hissing cockroaches and rats.

After all that, he was presented with a box of assorted snakes – reportedly his biggest fear – and told to do the same again. After initially protesting against this, he reluctantly prepared himself to get on with it.

Shane Warne has lifted the lid on his former relationship with Elizabeth Hurley and the problems caused by her friendship with ex Hugh Grant. Warne and Hurley dated for two years before splitting in 2012 and the former cricketer has spoken openly about their relationship while appearing on ‘I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!’ in Australia.

"It's hard on your new relationship when you're really good friends with the exes," Warne said. "Elizabeth was really good friends with Hugh, who is like her best friend. When I used to go back to Australia, if she wasn't leaving London, he'd come and spend the weekend at the house.”

Another day, another celebrity breakup, as Elizabeth Hurley split up from her longtime on-off boyfriend Shane Warne. At least that’s what it seems like, after Warne posted a rather cryptic message on twitter, saying: “The past should be the past and it should stay there.”

Liz and her beau haven't been very lucky in love so far.

Instantly the rumor mill started churning, as everyone assumed that Hurley and her ex-cricketer boyfriend had once again landed squarely in Splitsville. This was despite the fact that a little over a year ago, the then head-over-heels couple bought a 6 million mansion in Herefordshire together. This past September, however, things seemed to go south for the couple, as former model and mother-of-one Hurley was reportedly upset that no wedding date had been set. The couple kept mum about the rough patch, with only the occasional cryptic tweet to set tongues wagging.
