Fact: Slash is to lead a tribute to late blues legend B.B. King. The Guns N' Roses guitarist has teamed up with bosses at The Grammy Museum and Gibson to front Icon: The Life And Legacy of B.B. King, alongside Keb' Mo', Derek Trucks, Jimmie Vaughan, Joe Bonamassa, and Kenny Wayne Shepherd. The event on 1 September (16) at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, California will feature live tribute performances and storytelling by artists influenced by King's music. The bluesman died in May, 2015.
