A video of an actor impersonating some of Robin Williams’ most iconic characters has going viral, so far notching up over a million views on Youtube. The two minute tribute made by look-a -like and fan Jamie Costa features impersonations of 20 of Williams’ most famous characters mashed together.

Titled ‘Never Had A Friend Like Him’, the video puts together 20 Williams impressions in just over two minutes. Costa, who bears a striking resemblance to the late star, impersonates a range of characters from Williams’ career including Mork, Mrs Doubtfire and Peter Pan.

Classic characters including The Genie from Aladdin, Popeye and Adrian Cronauer from Good Morning Vietnam also feature in the mash up. As well as Theodore Roosevelt from Williams’ more recent role in Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb.

In the video’s description Costa describes his work as a "tribute to the man whose spark ignited my passion.” The actor, who hails from South Carolina, is best known for his Vine videos in which he impersonates some of Williams’ best loved characters. The young actor’s Youtube channel also features him impersonating Indiana Jones, Owen Wilson and Matthew McConaughey.

Williams sadly passed away on August 11th 2014, at his home in Paradise Cay, California after committing suicide aged 63. The actor had struggled with depression as well as drug and alcohol abuse problems throughout his career. His ashes were spread in San Francisco Bay on August 21st.
