Actor Robert Pattinson Will Receive The Hollywood Rising Star Award At The The Deauville American Film Festival Next Month (Sep15).
The Twilight star will accept the inaugural accolade at the event alongside actress Elizabeth Olsen.
In addition to being honoured, Pattinson's new film Life will also be screened at the festival. The 29 year old plays Life magazine photographer Dennis Stock, who was assigned to shoot pictures of actor James Dean during a road trip in 1955.
Director Michael Bay and producer Lawrence Bender will also be honoured with career tributes, while Keanu Reeves, Sir Ian MCKellen, Orlando Bloom, Patricia Clarkson and director Terrence Malick will also be feted.
The festival will run from 4-3 September (15).
