The new couple are inseparable
Robert Pattinson was one half of the Vampire world’s most powerful couple before he and his former girlfriend Kristen Stewart fell apart. While the Twilight world sobbed into their blood stained books, Pattinson slowly picked himself back up and is now in a relationship with singer FKA Twigs.
Robert Pattinson Is Now One Half Of A New Couple With FKA Twigs
And now it seems the pair have moved on even further than people may have expected after it was rumoured that the British actor gave his singer girlfriend a ‘promise ring’ at the end of last year.
FKA Twigs has described her relationship with Robert Pattinson as "worth it" in the face of negative attention from some users of social media.
FKA Twigs at the Mercury Prize Awards in London in September 2014.
She may have lost out on the Mercury Music Prize, but FKA Twigs seems to have won the heart of Robert Pattinson.
She’s one of music’s hottest rising stars and he starred in one of the biggest teen movie franchises of the past decade, so it’s no surprise that the relationship between FKA Twigs and Robert Pattinson has garnered so much attention. Indeed it seems that every week there’s a new rumour about the young couple, however this week we might have finally gotten some confirmation about their status.
Speaking to The Mirror as she attended the Mercury Music Prize awards on Thursday (October 30th), FKA Twigs described her relationship with Pattinson as "Very good, thanks.” But when quizzed further about what makes a good relationship, the singer said, "I wouldn't take advice off me for relationships!”
The Mercury Prize nominee is “shocked” by the online abuse she has received since being linked to the 'Twilight' star.
Writing on Twitter FKA twigs, whose real name is Tahliah Barnet said, “I am genuinely shocked and disgusted at the amount of racism that has been infecting my account the past week.” Adding, “Racism is unacceptable in the real world and it's unacceptable online.”
As it explores Hollywood's inbred underbelly, this film becomes increasingly deranged and also rather dark and creepy, but it's so fiercely entertaining that it's impossible to look away from the screen. With razor-sharp performances, a brutally witty script by Bruce Wagner and snaky direction from David Cronenberg, the film is perhaps too knowing as it explores a group of fiercely ambitious people who will stop at nothing to get what they want.
Things kick off as Agatha (Mia Wasikowska) arrives in Los Angeles and is collected by chauffeur Jerome (Robert Pattinson), who is also of course an aspiring screenwriter and actor. Focussed and determined, Agatha visits the ruins of a Hollywood Hills home before using a friendship with Carrie Fisher to get a job as an assistant to acclaimed actress Havana Segrand (Julianne Moore). Facing middle age, Havana is desperate for a comeback role in a remake of the movie that made her mother a star. Meanwhile, 13-year-old teen pin-up Benjie (Evan Bird) has completed rehab and is ready to act again, encouraged by his manager mother (Olivia Williams) and self-help guru dad (John Cusack), who are unnerved when they hear that Agatha is back in town. Clearly everyone has a secret that can jeopardise their career paths. And they're connected in ways no one wants to acknowledge.
The knotted mess of the plot is carefully unpicked over the course of the film, which only makes everything that much more intense and nasty. While it's blackly funny, the movie's overall tone is extremely grim, as these wealthy stars are crippled by emptiness and desperation. They're also willing to do just about anything to get ahead, from celebrating someone else's misfortune to blatantly lying about their pasts.

Robert Pattinson is shrugging off the teenage angst and stepping onto pastures new
British actor Robert Pattinson was just 22 when he landed the role as Edward Cullen in Twilight, and he instantly became a global pin-up, named "the most handsome man in the world" by Vanity Fair and one of the "100 most influential people" by Time.
He's 28 now and determined to prove himself as a serious actor, moving on from straightforward leading-man roles (Water for Elephants) to edgier fare by arthouse filmmakers like David Cronenberg (Cosmopolis and this year's Maps to the Stars), Werner Herzog (the forthcoming Queen of the Desert alongside Nicole Kidman), Anton Corbijn, Olivier Assayas and James Marsh.

While this atmospheric Australian Outback thriller has plenty of edgy action, it's also meandering and arty, refusing to fill in the details until filmmaker David Michod is good and ready. This makes it feel rather slow and uneven, although it's at least consistently fascinating. And as a story of tenacity and survival, it's also a gripping drama.
The story is set 10 years after "the collapse", so there's little sense of law and order in the Outback. When his car is stolen by three outlaws (Scoot McNairy, Tawanda Manyimo and David Field), the strong-silent Eric (Guy Pearce) goes in pursuit. Along the way, he picks up the injured Rey (Robert Pattinson), brother of one of the thugs, who knows where they're headed. As they hit the road, Eric and Rey have a series of encounters with people who are alternatively helpful and menacing, from an inquisitive brothel madam (Gillian Jones) to a nervous doctor (Susan Prior) to an in-over-his-head soldier (Anthony Hayes). There are also plenty of marauding thieves and trigger-happy commandoes who don't hesitate before blowing away anyone who looks odd. But as Eric and Rey begin to bond, they still find it impossible to trust each other.
While the overarching plot is fairly simple, the film plays out in a series of set-pieces as Eric responds a variety of tense situations. The big question hovering above everything is of course why he's so determined to get his car back (the odd answer comes at the very end). Michod's style of filmmaking is more interested in provoking thought than fully satisfying the audience, so scenes are packed with inconclusive twists and turns, vaguely undefined characters and situations, and elements that clearly have some sort of meaning but feel rather impenetrable. Pearce's performance fits this style perfectly; Eric is a man who says very little, letting a steely glare convey more than any number of words would. In jarring contrast, Pattinson's Rey is a hyperactive mess, a simple-minded guy who never stops moving and talking.

'Maps to the Stars' looks a real curio of a movie. Check out the trailer below.
Ok, so David Cronenberg's latest movie Maps to the Stars - which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in May - will more than likely pull in a sizable teenage audience, given it stars Twlight's very own Robert Pattinson. Though without making too many assumptions, a chunk of those paying their $20 may have thought better of it by the end of the satirical drama, which delves into the celebrity-obsessed culture that made Pattinson's vampire franchise a global hit.
Robert Pattinson in 'Maps to the Stars'
It's written by Bruce Wagner, the tattooed Ambulance driver turned novelist who Cronenberg has compared to James Joyce. "He's unafraid to express the moment . to go to the darkest places. Hollywood is his Dublin," he told the Los Angeles Times, adding that Wagner is "a kind of star on the red carpet. He's not a typical writer. He's comfortable with cameras and microphones.
Havana Segrand (Julianne Moore) is an actress struggling with her insecurities and desperate to reprise her late mother Clarice's star role in the remake of the latter's 60s film. Constantly haunted by her mother's image and feeling like a less attractive version of her, she seeks comfort from her psychotherapist Dr Stafford Weiss (John Cusack). Weiss is struggling in his own life, with his wife managing his child star son's comeback acting career after a stint in rehab - and he's only 13-years-old. His other child, daughter Agatha (Mia Wasikowska), has been discharged from a mental hospital unbeknownst to them, and lands a job as a PA for none other than Havana. Stafford starts to become suspicious when Havana talks of her unnamed PA having a scarred face from a fire and warns his wife and son that their daughter may have returned. Meanwhile, Agatha becomes close to a limo driver named Jerome who has his own Hollywood dreams.

Twilight actress Kristen Stewart has spoken out about why she doesn't often crack a grin photos.
The star of films including On the Road and Snow White and the Huntsman, Kristen Stewart is often accused of being moody in the mainstream media because of her trademark pout. However, speaking to Elle US, Stewart set the record straight about her lack of smiles in public photographs.
This is the Kristen Stewart look we're most familiar with
"Now I feel like if I smiled for a paparazzi photo - not that I ever would - that's exactly what people would be desecrating me for," she told the magazine. "They'd be like, 'Now you're going to give it up, now you're a sellout.' Like, Okay. What do you want? What would you like?"

The 28 year-old actor only had few words to say when asked about his ex-girlfriend's cheating scandal with director Rupert Sanders.
Shortly after starring in the hugely popular 'Twilight' film series, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart began an off-camera romance together, and at the beginning, despite the public's constant interest in their relationship, the two young stars seemed very loved up.
Pattinson says "sh-t happens" when asked about Stewart's cheating scandal
However, the real-life Edward Cullen and Bella Swan couldn't maintain this happiness and their romance came to a quick halt in 2012 when Stewart's affair with her 'Snow Wight and the Huntsman' director, Rupert Sanders, surfaced.
Before finding fame in Hollywood, the 28 year-old actor dreamed of becoming a rapper, and guess what his name would have been?
Believe it or not, but Robert Pattinson wanted to become a rapper in his teenage years.
The British actor would have even called himself Big Tub!
The revelation came when Pattinson appeared on 'Late Night with Seth Meyers' on Tuesday (June 17th) to promote his new flick 'The Rover.'

Robert Pattinson has appeared on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' and admitted that his parents have kicked him out and he's currently "homeless."
Robert Pattinson may be one of the world’s most famous actors, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s living the lavish Hollywood lifestyle. While we’re 99.9% sure he was joking, when Robert Pattinson appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, he told the host he was currently “homeless.”
Pattinson told host Jimmy Kimmel that he's currently "homeless" and doesn't know where his belongings are
Kimmel joked with Pattinson: “Last time I saw you your living arrangements were a bit shaky. You said you were living under an archway next to some garbage cans.” Pattinson laughed and replied: “I wish, it’s gone way downhill.”
While the 28 year-old actor appeared on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!,' he revealed his heavy saliva problem and spoke of a desire wanting to do weird things on-set.
Robert Pattinson needs a home!

'The Rover', starring Guy Pearce and Robert Pattinson, has received mixed reviews from critics ahead of its US release. Unanimously the amount of violence, the intense focus on the two actors and Pattinson's bizarre accent, have been commented on in reviews worldwide.
Director David Michôd revels in dysfunction and no more so in his highly anticipated film, The Rover. Following the success of Animal Kingdom in 2010, a film which followed the true criminal antics of one family, The Rover takes dystopia a step further. Guy Pearce and Robert Pattinson, as Eric and Rey, are forced to survive in a world on the brink of destruction where anarchy rules and weapons are essential for survival.
Guy Pearce as Eric in The Rover.
Pearce's character Eric has left the remnants of Western Civilisation behind and has chosen to live alone in the Australian outback. A criminal gang, including Pattinson's character Rey, steal a car from Eric. In the process Rey is injured and, after persuasion by Eric, the pair set out to find his brother and the stolen object.
The 28 year-old actor feels that the 'Twilight' saga became "saturated" when the marketing team decided to "push the 'team aspect of it."
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart first met on the set of 'Twilight' back in 2009, and their love grew stronger throughout all five instalments of the vampire film series.
But in real-life their romance came to a quick halt in 2012 when Stewart's affair with her 'Snow Wight and the Huntsman' director, Rupert Sanders, surfaced.
Almost two years have gone since the 24 year-old actress was secretly photographed kissing the filmmaker, and even though R-Patz attempted to get back with her for a short while, the pair haven't been an item or some time.
David Cronenberg's new film could have a strong shot at the Palme D'Or if critics are on the money.
Maps to the Stars has finally received its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival and will compete in competition with nearly 20 other films for the top prize. Julianne Moore, John Cusack, Mia Wasikowska and Robert Pattinson lead the way in the movie, which is a scathing satire of Beverly Hills and certain roach-like denizens.
Robert Pattinson Plays Limo Driver Jerome Fantana In 'Maps To The Stars.'
Moore plays Havana Segrand, a famous but struggling star who is battling for another shot at fame playing the lead in a movie about her legendary movie star mother's life. Wasikowska plays Agatha Weiss, a badly scarred pyromaniac whose brother is a Bieber-esque child star with a similar attitude.

Robert Pattinson plays a young man called Rey in ‘The Rover’. He gets caught up in a tumultuous and perennially unnerving coalition with a stranger, Eric (Guy Pearce), in a not-too-distant future in this new film from David Michod, the writer-director of Animal Kingdom.
Guy Pearce and Robert Pattinson star in 'The Rover'
At the centre of any attention paid to ‘The Rover’ is Pattinson, who is following the not-un-trodden path from teenage pinup to ‘serious’ actor. “I don't know if I'm necessarily any good at sculpting a career or anything. But I know what I want to do,” he explained in an interview to The Sydney Morning Herald.
'The Rover', directed by award winning director David Michôd (Animal Kingdom), is a dystopian crime drama set in the near future, where crime is commonplace and there is no authority to stop it. This has drawn Mad Max comparisons. Michôd wrote the film with Joel Edgerton, who featured in Michôd's highly acclaimed Animal Kingdom.
Staring Guy Pearce (who's previously worked with Michôd in Animal Kingdom, as well as staring in Memento), Robert Pattinson (Remember Me/Cosmopolis) and Scoot McNairy (12 Years A Slave/Argo). 'The Rover' sees former Australian soldier Eric (Pearce) give up on the world after seeing society fall, but when his only possession is stolen, he sets out to hunt down the ones responsible. Reynolds (Pattinson) was with the thieves, but is abandoned by them in a car accident, so Eric uses him to help track down the thieves. Eric has nothing left to lose and will therefore do anything in his power to retrieve what is precious to him.
'The Rover' will be released in UK cinemas through Entertainment One on August 22nd 2014.

Twilight alternate cast, with Jennifer Lawrence and Vanessa Hudgens seems pretty strong to us.
Welcome to the latest instalment in our ‘Alternate Movie Cast’ series! Last time we invited you to think about what the Harry Potter films would have been like if other actors who had auditioned for the roles had won them instead of the cast that we’ve come to know and love. This time, we’re taking a look at actors and actresses who auditioned for roles in the movie adaptions of Stephanie Meyers’ Twilight series. Obviously the coveted roles of Edward and Bella went to Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart and, as we all know, the dramatic romance that ensued offscreen between R-Pattz and K-Stew was almost as intense as the one onscreen. We wouldn’t have had it any other way, but imagine if these other celebs had won out instead of the tumultuous indie pair.
Jennifer Lawrence was upset she missed out on the role of Bella Swan
Jennifer Lawrence and Kristen Stewart are often compared to one another as both are young Hollywood actresses around the same age. However, did you know that J-Law is a huge Twilight fan and did in fact audition for the role of Bella Swan? Jen admitted “I love the ‘Twilight’ books. I’m not even ashamed to say it, they are like methamphetamine to me. So when I heard Kristen Stewart say, “I only read the first one”, I was like, “Oh man,” because she wasn’t a huge fan of the books”. We’re sure that Twi-hard Jennifer was pretty upset at the time, but she’s since gone on to star as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games as well as winning an Oscar for her performance in Silver Linings Playbook. We think she’s probably recovered from the blow of losing out on the role of Bella.

Kristen Stewart's poem to Robert Pattinson is published in Marie Claire magazine.
It’s no secret that Kristen Stewart is often portrated as an angsty soul who bears the weight of the world on her shoulders, but we weren't expecting the 23-year-old to start writing deep poetry!

We shouldn’t be too hard on her for this, she does have her fair share of problems. The whole cheating scandal was picked up by the world's media and it wasn't very fun for anyone involved.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have given the signal that their days of lovin' are probably in the past after the former couple's LA lovenest was sold to The Big Bang Theory actor Jim Parsons for $6.37 million, according to the LA Times.
Robert Pattinson Has Sold The LA Home He Shared With Kristen Stewart.
It seems as though the former Twilight co-stars' love was too hot to handle, as the 1.5 acre Spanish colonial dreamhouse failed to attract a buyer at the original asking price of $6.75 million when it was first listed in October. The immaculate 1922 hacienda boasts three bedrooms and three-and-a-half-bathrooms as well as a grand courtyard, palm trees, a swimming pool, a waterfall and fountains.
Are the 'Twilight' co-stars still sweet on each other?
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are rumoured to be rekindling their romance after their difficult May split. The former Twilight co-stars reportedly talk all the time via Skype and text despite being thousands of miles away from each other.
Rob & Kristen's Romance Had An Intoxicating Effect.
"Kristen and Rob have been keeping in touch by Skyping," a friend of Kristen's told Hollywood Life. "They make sure to Skype at least once a week and text in between, and send each other funny photos. Being away from each other has actually made them closer."
