Photographer Armen Djerrahian sued the Ima Boss hitmaker for using an iconic image of Jay Z in his video for Movin' Bass, without seeking permission.

Djerrahian claimed he copyrighted the picture shortly after he took it in 2003, but Ross alleges the photographer does not own a valid copyright for the photograph.

He also claims the picture was licensed property and he obtained an oral agreement for the rights before using it in the promo.

The rapper has also requested the judge overseeing the case does not award Djerrahian any damages, according to TheJasmineBrand.com.

The 39 year old is also reportedly facing a separate lawsuit from Djerrahian over his use of pictures from a magazine shoot he photographed.

In a lawsuit filed last year (14), Djerrahian insisted his copyrighted photos were being used in posters, adverts, websites and CD covers. He also claimed artists from Ross' Maybach Music group, including Meek Mill, Gunplay and Omarion, have also been using his snaps without permission.
