Rick Ross' Current Stint In Jail Is Reportedly Set To Cost The Rapper More Than $130,000 (£81,250) In Lost Earnings.
The Hustlin' hitmaker, real name William Roberts, was arrested in Fayette County, Georgia on Wednesday (24Jun15) and he is being held without bail on charges of kidnap, aggravated assault and aggravated battery.
Editors at TMZ.com report that Ross was booked to make a series of lucrative appearances ahead of Sunday night's (28Jun15) BET Awards 2015 in Los Angeles, and is set to miss out on around $130,000 (£81,250) in fees as he languishes in jail.
Ross was reportedly set to make $80,000 (£50,000) from a party appearance and $50,000 (£31,000) to appear at a club.
The hip-hop star will remain behind bars until his next court date next month (Jul15).
