The 'Teflon Don' himself, Rick Ross has previewed the first video for his forthcoming album 'God Forgives, I Don't', with a clip for the new single 'So Sophisticated' showing the man enjoying the finer things in life including swanky cars, stunning looking women and, err, fine joints of meat.
That's right, as well as generally grooving around - sometimes with his top off - the rotund Miami rhymer is seen sitting down to a fine steak dinner, complete with a fine looking female date and a couple of his boys. Sitting in near darkness still doesn't seem to stop them from having a grand old time together, although this is interspersed with Ross spitting rhymes in front of flaming poles, walking among chains, driving through the night and generally portraying a rather more sinister atmosphere than a steak bistro might provide. At one point he takes a machete out and starts hacking at other bits of meat, evidently lining up his next meal.
Ross new album is out on July 31st, and has a lot to live up to given his amazingly successful commercial past. Since his first album debuted at top spot on the US Billboard 200 in 2006, he's notched up another two chart toppers since whilst even though 2010's 'Teflon Don' didn't make top spot, it did give him his highest US sales to date with almost three quarters of million copies sold.
