Rick Caruso, the billionaire American developer, chatting about the recent Casey Anthony case outside Madeo Restaurant in Los Angeles. Caruso was told Anthony had claimed she wanted to die, to which he replied, "That's sick, shouldn't be allowed, she's crazy".Rick continued his criticism of the mother, who was acquitted of killing her daughter, saying, "They should keep kids away from her.she doesn't deserve to be around kids. She's a very lucky lady.she got away with.whatever". He also suggested if he was Mayor of Los Angeles he would change laws to have her imprisoned for child abuse
