Erika was previously called Riker and is hoping to have her maiden name legally restored. Erika is also seeking spousal support and for Randy to pay her attorney's fees, according to the Mail.

The couple have been married since 1995 after they met on the set of a music video shoot. They have two children together, Zoe and Jordan. Jordan is only 17-years-old and is legally a minor. Erika is filing for sole custody of Jordan with "reasonable visitation" for Randy.
