Singer Randy Jackson has filed a countersuit against his ex-girlfriend in a bid to reverse a recent child support judgement.
The Jacksons star met Alejandra Loaiza when he was 25 and they had three kids together - Genevieve, 22, Steven, 20, and Donte, 19.
The pair later broke up and Loaiza has since accused Jackson of failing to pay $1,200 (£750)-a-month in child support. She was recently awarded a judgement against Jackson, entitling her to more than $600,000 (£375,000).
However, the King of Pop's brother has now taken legal action against Loaiza, claiming the former couple struck a deal back in 1993, which allowed her and the kids to live in the Jackson family compound in Encino, California in lieu of him paying child support following their split.
According to, the musician is now asking that Loaiza's judgement order be dropped since she and the children lived "like kings and queens" at his expense and had unlimited access to maids, cooks, expensive cars and security guards.
