Professor Green plans to focus solely on his music career.

The 32-year-old singer - who ended his marriage with reality TV star Millie Mackintosh eight months ago - has admitted during his relationship with the former 'Made In Cheslea' star he lost concentration but has now vowed he won't make the same mistake twice.

Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, Professor Green - whose real name is Stephen Manderson - said: ''I took my eye off the ball, I don't know where the two years went.

''I'll admit it got away from me. Unfortunately the focus shifted and I became more of this celebrity to people and the focus shifted on to my personal life instead.

''And some of my fans who don't buy into that stuff have just been waiting for me to return.''

And the 'Read All About It' hitmaker has revealed he won't ''neglect'' his music and plans to churn out songs constantly.

He explained: ''I want to make sure it doesn't happen again, people need to understand I don't enjoy leaving a restaurant after two bottles of red wine and having a camera shoved in my face.

''I will make sure that I never neglect it again, not just for my fans but for myself.

''I'm going to make songs, put it out, make songs, put it out, and keep them coming.''
