The Read All About It hitmaker performed a show at the U.K.'s Thorpe Park on Friday (07Aug15), and after the show he revealed he had injured himself jumping into the crowd.

The star told followers about his mishap in a series of posts on Twitter.com, writing, "If it's a fracture or a break I'm going to be absolutely livid! Good fun that though... That'll teach me for jumping into crowds... Always my left ankle FFS (for f**k's sake)..."

The rapper has yet to confirm the severity of his injury.
