This is the first track I’ve heard from Playford & Gray. They sound very professional and seem like competent producers. ‘Symptoms Of You’ is a very cool funky house track. It has that laid back stylish sound to it that makes good funky house. There’s a rare groove bass line and bouncy drums with nice sound effects to make the music space like. The vocals are very honest, sweet and soulful. It’s about love, affection and uplifting times. This track could make good background music at bars for all those happy weekend people getting dressed and ready for a good time out. It’s got a good party feel and ‘Symptoms Of You’ precisely hits the sub-conscience nice and politely for a good experience.
