Fact: Soul legend Patti Labelle is set to give fans a personal tour of her native Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as part of a new U.S. travel series. The Lady Marmalade hitmaker will be a guest on an upcoming episode of On the Record With Mick Rock, for which she will join music journalist Rock for a visit to her childhood home and the theatre where she launched her career. LaBelle will also take Rock to her favourite soul food restaurant. Their adventures will air on America's Ovation channel on 23 August (15). Rockers Kings of Leon and the Flaming Lips, and singer Josh Groban will also feature on the new show.
