Olly Murs is still feuding with his twin brother.

The 'Troublemaker' singer's identical twin Ben - who previously described his famous sibling as a ''self-absorbed sell-out'' - cut off all contact with him and their parents after Olly dropped out as best man at his wedding in 2010 due to 'The X Factor' semi-finals.

Olly is unsure as to what the future holds for him and his brother but he hopes Ben will at least make amends with their mother and father Vicki-Lynn and Peter Murs.

He told the Daily Mail newspaper: ''It's three years since I've spoken to [Ben]. It has never been my issue; it's always been his. He was the one who decided not to speak to me and my family, so it's his call.

''I am not too sure how we are ever going to be together again, but I feel for my parents. That is the real feud in my eyes. He needs to make amends with them before he makes amends with me.''

Although Olly, 28, is a charismatic and upbeat character he revealed how growing up with an interest in performing arts proved difficult when surrounded by such a ''macho'' environment in Witham, Essex, South East England.

He added: ''I was passionate about performing - acting, singing, dancing - but I rarely got the chance to do it.

''I was in that macho football environment where if I went and did dancing and acting and singing, my mates would think I was a bit of a wimp ... My school drama teacher was so upset when I went to college to study sport and didn't take his subject in my final year.''
