The Chicken Noodle Soup star, real name Bianca Dupree, signed with manager Arthur Smith in 2006 when she was 16 years old, but she claims he stopped meeting contract obligations, his label went bust and she has not heard from him in five years.

Smith recently made a reappearance to ask for a 50 per cent cut of her fee for reality TV show Love & Hip Hop: New York, and she claims he has threatened to sue bosses of the channel VH1 for his share.

Dupree wants a judge to declare her contract with Smith is null and void, according to TMZ.com.
