Nick Gordon has denied claims he gave Bobbi Kristina Brown a ''toxic cocktail'', which ultimately led to her death, the star's conservator alleges.
Nick Gordon has hit back at claims he gave Bobbi Kristina Brown a ''toxic cocktail''.
Court documents filed by the conservator of the late 22-year-old aspiring actress allege that Nick directly caused the daughter of Whitney Houston to ''suffer brain damage''.
In a statement, Nick's representative said: ''Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it's shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly.
''Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most.''
In the documents filed to the court, Bobbi's conservator claims Nick ''gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage''.
The lawsuit also claims on the morning Bobbi Kristina was found face down in a bath tub, Nick arrived back to their home at six in the morning following a night out on ''a cocaine and drinking binge''.
The pair are then said to have argued for approximately half an hour, until witnesses say ''everything abruptly became quiet''.
