Farrah Abraham, the star of MTV's Teen Mom, has pleaded not guilty to her DUI arrest last month. The reality star's attorney issued the plea in court on Monday April 29, 2013, following her refusal to take a field test after being pulled over in her native Nebraska in March. "Yes, I was drunk," she told Dr Phil of the incident, "I was not driving. I was parked . . . I drove around the corner and parked. If I was still driving and then the cop pulled me over then, yeah, that's really driving drunk." Err...we're not sure it works like that Farrah.

Anyway, even if Abraham is found guilty of the offense, she'll still got close to $1 million in her bank account thanks to Vivid Entertainment acquiring her sex tape with James Deen. On the same episode of Dr Phil, she had explained, "I am not shopping the tape. If I'm going to release something because somebody's already seen it, I really need to take into consideration my future, and yes, there is a money amount to that. I'm not going to just let something be out there for free that should have never been out there." She certainly didn't allow the tape get out there for free, with Vivid founder Steve Hirsch shelling out a reported $1 million to release the professionally shot video, according to TMZ.com. "We felt it was definitely worth it, not only because of Farrah's popularity, but because the footage itself is amazing," Steve Hirsch, said in a statement. "I think many fans will be shocked at how truly explicit it is."

The tape is titled Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom.
