Ne-Yo co-founded the organisation alongside Reynell Hay back in 2007 in a bid to rescue children who had been brought up in foster care from a likely combination of interrupted education and poor future aspirations. The charity aims to encourage ambition and support underprivileged youngsters' education and careers.
