Miley Cyrus has never been one to hold her tongue and she was one of the first celebs to give her opinion on the death of a paparazzi who was tragically killed as he tried to take photos of Justin Bieber's Ferrari.

"[T]his paparazzi/JB accident brings on some changes in '13 Paparazzi are dangerous! Wasn't Princess Di enough of a wake up call?!" She said in a series of tweets. "It is unfair for anyone to put this on to Justin's conscious as well! This was bound to happen! Your mom teaches u when your a child not to play in the street! The chaos that comes with the paparazzi acting like fools makes it impossible for anyone to make safe choices."

According to Fox News another paparazzo was arrested and charged for reckless driving while in the pursuit of a good photo. While it is, of course, difficult not to have sympathy for a dead man, judging by police reports it appears the man had risked his own life after being repeatedly told that where he was standing was dangerous.

The motorist who crashed into the as yet unnamed victim was a 69 year old woman whose two grandchildren were sitting in the backseats. She was distraught by the event but wont be charged, as Los Angeles police Detective Charles Walton said  "There were no sidewalks on the street there, there was no crossing place for a pedestrian, there was no reason to expect a pedestrian... It would have been very difficult for her to see him."

Clearly, Miley Cyrus is right, it's time for there to be tighter rules on the boundaries of the paparazzi. If it were anyone else it would be deemed as either stalking or harassment and when people start dying you know changes need to be made.
