The latest over-the-top outfit Miley Cyrus has been modelling might be her most shocking yet, with the 'Wrecking Ball' singer dressing in a very revealing number for her recent appearance at the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas. The singer wore a see-through mesh dress with some furry sleeves, with only a black thong and some black nipple tape covering up her private parts.

The singer was out to shock again with her latest wardrobe choice

The 20-year-old showed off her dominatrix-style outfit on the red carpet before she took to the stage, and would have probably earned a few more gasps if it wasn't for her recent array of revealing costumes and outlandish behaviour. When it was time for her to hit the stage, however, her actions were toned down (compared to say, her VMAs performance) and she even had a change of outfit into something a little less revealing, but still most likely inspired by the S&M section of the Victoria's Secret catalogue.

Of course, with this being Miley, her performance at the festival wasn't free of any unusual sideshows. There were no foam-fingers in her nether regions, but there was a twerking midget on stage, continuing Miley's newfound obsessions of dwarves and twerking. She also gave her first ever live performance of the record-breaking new single 'Wrecking Ball,' an emotional performance in which the singer even began to shed a few tears.

As planned, she was the talk of the festival

The song is widely believed to be about her ex-fiancé Liam Hemsworth, who the singer finally ended things with earlier this month after months of uncertainty. According to Sky News, Miley's voice began to crack towards the end of the performance and as she walked off stage following the performance, mascara could be seen running down her face. The song was her first to reach the top of the Billboard Hot 100, and during her performance Miley thanked her fans for helping her with the achievement, She said, "I couldn't have done it without all you guys."
