Fact: M.I.A. and Snoop Dogg are to co-headline this year's (13) Fun Fun Fun Fest in Texas. The hip-hop heavyweights will join rockers Slayer, MGMT, Ice-T, Johnny Marr and reformed Black Flag spin-off Flag, among others at the Austin event in November (08-10Nov13), according to Consequence of Sound.
