Mena Suvari's estranged husband wants her to pay him $17,000 a month in spousal support.
The 'America Pie: Reunion' actress split from Simone Sestito last November after less than two years of marriage and now the concert promoter has claimed he has ''negative balances'' on all his personal and business accounts.
According to court documents filed earlier this week - which have been obtained by TMZ.com - Simone also says he has been forced to pay his bills with credit cards and loans from his parents.
So he is now asking for $17,000 a month from Mena as part of their divorce settlement as he claims the 'American Beauty' star earns $750,000 a year.
Mena - whose five-year union to first husband cinematographer Robert Brinkmann ended in 2005 - recently admitted all her exes end up hating her and she isn't on good terms with any of them.
The 33-year-old star said: ''I've never run into an ex who I have fallen back in love with. They all end up hating me. I just keep moving on. I don't like going back, I think that's unhealthy.''
