Fact: Shareholders at entertainment powerhouse Walt Disney have finalised a multi-billion dollar deal to buy Marvel Entertainment. The $4.24 billion sale, which was agreed on Thursday (31Dec09) will give Disney the rights to superheroes including IRON MAN, Spider-Man and the X-Men.
