Former Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm has ruled out following in pal Victoria Beckham's footsteps and having a large family, insisting she's too old.
The singer is mother to three-year-old Scarlet, who she has credited with saving her life after her pregnancy forced her to deal with her body image and eating disorder issues.
But despite relishing her role as a mum, the 38 year old fears her age will make having several more kids difficult, and she'll only consider having one sibling for her daughter.
She tells Britain's New! magazine, "I would (like another child). I would love Scarlet to have a sibling, but it's not something in my immediate future.
"I'm too old (to have several more). I'm 38. Mums are older these days but I know how differently you feel as an older mum and it can become harder to conceive. So realistically, just another one."
Beckham is now mum to four kids - three boys and baby girl, Harper, who was born last year (11).
