Singer Mariah Carey Is Set To Receive $500,000 (£313,000) To Play A Lucrative One-off Gig In Tel Aviv, Israel.
The We Belong Together hitmaker has never played in the country before and editors at TMZ.com report that an Israeli promoter has brokered a half a million dollar deal for her first gig, which will be at the city's Rishon Lezion Live Park Amphitheater.
In a video aired at a press conference for the show, Carey declares, "Shalom Israel, I will be coming to see you live on August 18, so come to see me! Shalom."
