Mariah Carey is giving Nick Cannon's new R&B group a big boost - the superstar has reportedly hired her husband's proteges to open for her upcoming tour.
The Hero hitmaker is set to hit the road for her Angels Cry tour next year (10), according to TheProphetBlog.net.
Cannon recently signed new band RydazNrtist to his label NCredible Entertainment and Carey is allegedly helping them get off to a good start by giving them the coveted spot as show openers for her 2010 concerts across the U.S.
Details of a forthcoming Carey tour have yet to be unveiled, but the singer will ring in the new year with a big show at New York's Madison Square Garden on 31 December (09).
An official tour announcement is expected later this month (Dec09).
