Everything's going to be okay for Lindsay Lohan, even though she failed to show for court today (Jan, 7). Her lawyer has assured us that a fortune teller said she'd be lucky in 2013. Hang on a minute...

Turning up in Lohan's place was Jay Heller, the lawyer with the Louis Vuitton handbag and the flashy roller. He told reporters, according to The Daily Mail: "Ironically a [psychic] fortune teller has predicted that the year 2013 will be an extremely lucky year for Lindsay Lohan,' before he explained that, "with her spectacular talent and great looks I believe that all she really needs is a bit of luck." Heller said Lindsay is "a victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame," rather than a defendant (which she actually is, in this court case). Lindsay is accused of punching a fellow clubber in the face during a nightclub brawl on November 29, but Mr. Heller believes there will be no case against her. The district attorney's office said only that the investigation is continuing.

In the meanwhile, Lindsay has been flouting her reported money troubles by partying it up in London town. The star - who shelled out $150,000 for her five stints of rehab at the exclusive Betty Ford Center in California's Palm Desert - was photographed at numerous locations in the capital, fuelling specualation that she'll appear on Celebrity Big Brother, which would at least alleviate her fiscal worries, if not plunging her already tattered career into further misery.
