The Dallas star, 75, recommends drinking a concoction of cucumber, celery, ginger and coriander for breakfast, and also uses creative cosmetics and enjoys regular walks to keep herself in shape.
She is now imparting her wisdom to other women in a series of specially-shot advice clips for U.K. TV show This Morning.
Introducing the new project on Wednesday (23Sep15), Gray told viewers, "People often ask me, at the grand young age of 75, what is my secret for looking good and feeling great. The answer, and there's more than just one, will all be revealed in this series. From my daily gratitude walks to my morning energy booster drinks, make-up techniques to look decades younger, to wearing clothes that make the most of my figure, I've lots of little tips that I've learned over the years that I want to share with you."
