Fact: Rapper Lil Scrappy's mum, reality TV regular Momma Dee, has escaped prosecution after she was arrested for allegedly dining and dashing at a restaurant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta star was taken into custody on Saturday (26Sep15) after celebrating her birthday and reportedly racking up a bill of more than $500 (£312). However, police officials have since declined to pursue charges due to a lack of evidence.
