
Liam Hemsworth (born 13.01.1990) Liam Hemsworth is an Australian actor best known for his roles in the soap opera 'Neighbours' and 'The Hunger Games'.
Childhood: Liam Hemsworth was born in Melbourne, Australia. His parents are Leonie, an English teacher, and Craig Hemsworth, a social worker. His brothers are actors Luke Hemsworth and Chris Hemsworth. His family moved to Phillip Island when he was in high school and partook in a lot of surfing.
Acting career: Liam Hemsworth started out is career with small roles in 'Home and Away' and 'McLeod's Daughters'. In 2007, he landed a role in the TV soap opera 'Neighbours' until 2008. In 2008, he appeared as a band member in the children's show 'The Elephant Princess' opposite Emily Robins. In 2009, he was in two episodes of 'Satisfaction', in the British film 'Triangle' with Melissa George and had a cameo role in 'Knowing' which starred Nicolas Cage. In 2010, he appeared alongside Miley Cyrus in the romance movie 'The Last Song' and subsequently appeared in her video for 'When I Look at You'. In the same year, he and Miley won the 'Fave Kiss' award at the Nickelodeon Australian Kids' Choice Awards which he hosted. He co-starred with Sylvester Stallone in 'The Expendables 2' in 2012, and also appeared in 'The Hunger Games' which starred Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson.
Personal life: Liam Hemsworth began dating Miley Cyrus while filming 'The Last Song' in 2009 but split in 2010 for a brief period. They split a second time later that year but by 2012 they were engaged. He is the ambassador for the Australian Childhood Foundation.
