Leann Rimes is reportedly set to sue more twitter users.

The 30-year-old singer - who completed a 30-day stint in an in-patient facility for stress and anxiety in late September and recently insisted she is ready to begin a new chapter of her life - is said to have added several more defendants from the social media site in her bitter lawsuit against teacher Kim Smiley and her daughter.

The singer-turned-actress is suing Kim for illegally recording a phone conversation without her permission on March 26, which was later made public, and she believes she was intentionally set up after months of being cyber bullied, but Kim has accused LeAnn of trying to get her fired and financially ruin her.

The teacher told gossip website RadarOnline.com: ''This lawsuit alone is both emotionally and financially draining and now I'm faced with the threat of losing the career that I've dedicated my life to. LeAnn orchestrated this so it would get the most amount of coverage in the press.''

According to insiders LeAnn is trying to prove that she was set up by a number of twitter users who orchestrated her call to Kim and recorded her with the intention of releasing the audio. The users may be added as defendants.

The 'Can't Fight the Moonlight' hitmaker recently admitted she was ''hurting so badly'' before entering rehab, but she failed to see why people kept questioning why she was ''struggling'' despite receiving negative comments from online trolls about her relationship with her husband Eddie Cibrian, who she began a fling with while they were both married to other people.

She recently said: ''People look at you and go, 'Why are you struggling?' ... No one can quite understand why you hurt so badly.''
