Lamar Odom is reportedly suffering from heart failure.
The 35-year-old sportsman is in a coma at Pahrump hospital in Nevada after being discovered unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel and is in a ''critical condition'' with serious organ problems.
According to TMZ, Lamar's heart is failing and he is also having ''serious problems'' with his kidneys and lungs, as well as relying on the assistance of machines to breathe.
Lamar's ex-wife, Khloe Kardashian - who split from the sportsman in 2013 amid claims he'd been cheating on her and smoking crack cocaine - is currently by his bedside, while her mother Kris Jenner and sister Kim Kardashian West are also believed to have flown into Las Vegas.
According to Us Weekly, Khloe's brother Rob Kardashian, a close friend of the former NBA star, and Kourtney Kardashian's former partner Scott Disick, are also planning to travel to the city to be with Lamar.
Lamar - who had been partying at the ranch by himself since Saturday (10.10.15) - was initially rushed to Pahrump hospital where doctors incubated him and, although they initially planned to airlift him to Las Vegas for more treatment, at 6 ft 10 he is said to have been too big to fit in the helicopter and was instead transported by ambulance, according to the Nye County Sherif's department.
The Sheriff also revealed they received the call about an unresponsive male at the Love Ranch at 3.15pm.
Paramedics treated the sportsman before taking him to the nearby hospital while detectives conducted an investigation at the brothel, although it's not yet been announced whether they found anything at the scene.
