“Pascal, along with a couple other security members of their team, were recently let go by Kim and Kanye,” a source told Entertainment Tonight. “It’s a pretty tough situation overall and they love Pascal, but they couldn’t take any more chances.”

“Pascal was with Kourtney and Kendall at L'Arc Nightclub. Kim felt safe at the apartment by herself,” another source previously told Us Weekly. “Kim is not blaming Pascal. She felt completely safe at the Paris apartment and doesn't believe this is his fault in any way.”

Indeed, Duvier had become a familiar sight for Kardashian followers, as the family had increasingly taken to giving him shout-outs in their social media posts.

However, Kim has now taken on a temporary security team while she figures out a new approach to her family’s safety, having vowed to live a less high-profile and overtly glamorous life, believing that some of her flashier social media posts had made her a target.

At her sister Kendall’s 21st birthday on Wednesday (November 2nd), she was reportedly looked after by three off-duty cops that cost her $100 per hour.
