In a front row which featured Jay Z, Beyonce and Vogue editor Anna Wintour, North West, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s daughter, really showed she’s inherited her dad’s knack for grabbing the spotlight. The 19 month old toddler took the headlines this week, after throwing a tantrum on her dad’s FROW and causing Anna Wintour to slowly inch away from her. But just what could have got little Nori so upset?

Speaking to i-D magazine, Kanye attempted to explain his daughter’s tears saying, "Maybe she was just scared for her daddy. She just wanted people to stop being mean to her daddy. Because she knows that her daddy loves the world and just wants to make it a more beautiful place.”

Eventually Kim had to take her daughter backstage when it all just became too much for the toddler. But while Kanye’s explanation of his daughter’s behaviour might sound nice, grandmother Kris Jenner offered some more realistic reasoning on Instagram.

“North got a little fussy waiting for Daddy’s Show to start!!!” Jenner wrote, something which we really couldn't blame North for, after all Kanye had allegedly made his guests wait over an hour for the show to start.

“We took her backstage for a snack right after this but just to share. Love the patience of @Beyonce and #AnnaWintour @KimKardashian,” the grandmother also added.

West had been presenting his debut collection with Adidas during New York Fashion Week and the rapper certainly seemed to have the support of his peers at the show, with Jay Z, Beyonce, Rhianna and Puff Daddy all making appearances.

One notable absentee however was new pal Taylor Swift. “She was supposed to be here,” West told Vogue. “I don't know what happened.”

During the show Yeezus's models stood still while a new track by the rapper entitled 'Wolves' played. The song also features guest vocals from Sia and Vic Mensa. Speaking to i-D West described his goal for the collection as "Super great vibes. I'd like for life to somehow be easier when you throw on a piece."
