Kim Cattrall and Andrew McCarthy's quirky eighties film hit MANNEQUIN is set to be remade.
The 1987 Michael Gottlieb film, in which Sex & The City star Cattrall played a showroom dummy who comes to life, was savaged by critics upon its release but became a cult hit.
A sequel, Mannequin 2: On The Move, came out in 1991 and has been dubbed "one of the worst follow-ups ever made". reports Gladden Entertainment bosses are "said to be in early development" on the remake with the new version featuring a lonely man who falls for a "laser display hologram".
