Khloe Kardashian admits Lamar Odom has ''emotional issues''.

The brunette beauty opened up about her marital struggles on Sunday's episode (03.11.13) of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians', saying she feels solely responsible for helping her partner of four years, who is reportedly battling a cocaine addiction.

Speaking during a family camping trip, Khloe confessed: ''Lamar has been having a really tough time lately and it's not just black and white. There's a lot of emotional issues and as much as I'm trying to enjoy going camping with my family I also have to cater to Lamar's needs.

''It's really scary when nothing's really working and you know if you give up no one in his life would be able to help.''

Khloe's brother Rob also revealed that NBA player Lamar sometimes calls him up to seven times a day, saying, ''There's so much going on in the Odom household that no one could understand and nor should they. All I can do is support my sister.''

During the camping trip, Khloe was informed that her husband - who is alleged to have cheated on her - had gone missing.

The 29-year-old star candidly lamented: ''If someone wants to leave they want to leave. You're not my child, I can't lock you in a room. So now he's M.I.A? He cannot cut off ties with me like that.

''I've been down this road way more times than I'd like to admit.''

Khloe has since given Lamar, 33, a second chance and the pair were spotted in public together for the first time in weeks as they attended Kanye West's concert in Los Angeles last week (28.10.13).

Meanwhile, the basketball star insisted their marriage was ''unbreakable'' and said he would never take off his wedding ring.
