Having unceremoniously quit ‘Fashion Police’ at the end of last week after filming just seven episodes, Kathy Griffin has said in a new interview that it was a mistake to take the job in the first place.

The 54 year old comedienne was interviewed on SiriusXM’s ‘Howard Stern Show’ on Monday, and she was quite candid about her regrets regarding the appointment to the E! show. “Well, I probably shouldn’t have taken the gig,” she said.

Sources working closely with E!'s Fashion Police have claimed the network is considering cancelling the show. The rumours come after two of the Fashion Police hosts, Kelly Osbourne and Kathy Griffin, suddenly departed the show in less than a month. One source, speaking to RadarOnline, further claimed host Giuliana Rancic was a contributing factor in both hosts' decisions to leave.

Former ‘Fashion Police’ panelist Kelly Osbourne has finally opened up about her exit from the E! series during an appearance on CBS daytime show, ‘The Talk’. The 30 year old left the series last month, following the controversy surrounding co-host Giuliana Rancic’s remarks about singer Zendaya’s dreadlocked hair at the Oscars.

She may have left ‘Fashion Police’ because of her co-star’s now infamous remarks about Zendaya Coleman’s hair, but it turns out that this may have simply been the last straw for Kelly Osbourne. Reports indicate that she had been unhappy about the general direction of the show for some time.

An unnamed source told the New York Post’s Page Six column that, while co-host Giuliana Rancic and the E! network's failure to handle the fallout of those comments properly was a factor, 30 year old Osbourne was unhappy without her friend Joan Rivers, who passed away last September, to present the show with any more.

Kelly Osbourne has left E!'s Fashion Police following a racist remark made by her co-host, Giuliana Rancic. Rancic made a comment on Monday's Fashion Police Oscars special about Zendaya Coleman's hair. "Like I feel like she, she smells like patchouli oil. Or weed. Yeah, maybe weed," Rancic said of Coleman's dreadlocks. Although Rancic has apologised, Osbourne was allegedly furious with Rancic for her remark and has decided to leave Fashion Police as a result.

Kelly Osbourne has announced that she is to quit the under-fire E! show ‘Fashion Police’ after four years as a presenter.

E! Entertainment made a statement late on Friday saying: “Kelly Osbourne is departing E!s Fashion Police to pursue other opportunities. We would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers.”

They went on to assure fans that the series would continue as normal, returning as scheduled on Friday March 30th at 9 p.m. No decisions have yet been taken as to her replacement.

Speaking to E! in a clip from the channel's 'Fashion Police: Celebrating Joan' special broadcast, Joan's daughter Melissa Rivers (also the show's executive producer) confirmed that the show would continue with her blessing. An official statement from the channel read "We are deeply saddened by the loss of Joan Rivers and, for the last two weeks, have turned our attention to honoring her memory on all of our platforms. We have also thought long and hard about what Joan would have wanted as it pertains to the future of Fashion Police. We decided, with Melissa Rivers’ blessing, that Joan would have wanted the franchise to continue."

The cast has been finalised for the upcoming music movie Jem and the Holograms; a reboot of the classic '80s kids cartoon about a record exec who moonlights as a pop star. Sharknado star Aubrey Peeples is playing Jem alongside Stefanie Scott ('A.N.T. Farm'), Hayley Kiyoko ('Lemonade Mouth'), and Aurora Perrineau, daughter of actor Harold Perrineau, will play the rest of Jem's band, The Holograms, as Kimber, Aja, and Shana according to THR.

Chu will direct, Scooter Braun is producing and Ryan Landels has written the script for the live action adaptation of the colourful and fun-filled musical cartoon which was based on the 1980s Hasbro toy. Fox has signed up to play Skye, a ’High school friend’ of Ian Ziering’s character Fin. It’s not the first time the actress has played a friend of Ziering, she had a one episode stint on ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ back in 1991.

Kelly Osbourne shocked the world when she announced the end of her engagement to Matthew Mosshart on Wednesday (January 8), but it looks like it was the right thing for everyone. Never one to keep her feelings to herself, Kelly's mom Sharon Osbourne decided to comment on the end of the relationship.
