Pop star Katy Perry rubbed shoulders with some of the biggest names in the world of cricket during a trip to India earlier this week (beg02Apr12).
The I Kissed a Girl hitmaker returned to the country - host of her ill-fated wedding to Russell Brand in 2010 - to perform at the opening ceremony of the sport's Indian Premier League (Ipl) in Chennai on Tuesday (03Apr12).
And following the gig she donned traditional flowing robes and a maang tikka head accessory before chatting with top cricketers including leading batsman Sachin Tendulkar.
She later posted a photo of her with the sports star online, alongside the message, "Had a great time (at) the Ipl ceremony in India. Met Sachin Tendulkar, one of the Best cricket players in the world!"
